If you’re going to accuse Chris Meloni of having an ego, he’s only going to run with it. Recently, a report was published by OK! Magazine which claimed that Meloni had started to let his ego affect his behavior on the Law & Order: Organized Crime set. According to the report, Meloni “looks great and he knows it” after hitting the gym frequently in recent years and looking more fit than ever. In order to maintain his physique, Meloni was also said to be working out any time there was a break in shooting on the set, causing the crew members to “roll their eyes.”

Taking to Instagram, Meloni posted a video of himself from the set “confirming” the report. In the video, which you can watch below, Meloni can be seen doing the splits. Someone tells Meloni that he’s needed on set, but the actor says he still has 100 push-ups to do. That causes the crew members standing by to toss their equipment in frustration, commenting about the “super ego” Meloni has as they walk away.

While it’s hard to say exactly what it’s like to work with Meloni on set, there seems to be little doubt that the actor is very proud of his health, and perhaps he should be. Now in his 60s, Meloni broke the internet last year when he posed in his birthday suit for Men’s Health magazine, even showing then how well he’s able to do the splits. The actor also told the magazine that he had a clearer outlook on life than he’s ever had before after taking such great care of his body and that he was heading into Organized Crime stress-free.
