Paramount+ has revealed the cast of its new original series, The Doll Factory, based on the bestselling novel of the same name by Elizabeth Macneal. Variety revealed that the new project will be set in London in 1850; the new series will tell the story of Iris, who paints dolls for a living alongside her twin sister Rose. Silas is a man who dreams of finding an item so unique it will catapult him to fame, while Louis is a painter searching for his next muse.

When Iris meets Silas and Louis, she is offered an opportunity to start a new life, but to do so, she would need to abandon her sister, sacrifice her reputation, and launch herself into the unknown. Decisions, decisions. However, as Iris’ world begins to expand, a story of dark obsession starts to unfold.
