In anticipation of Thursday’s trailer, a series of new posters for the upcoming wizarding world sequel, Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore, have been released on Twitter, and tease the two warring sides. Lining up behind either the legendary wizard Albus Dumbledore or the infamous Dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald, the characters’ skills and strength will be tested as Newt Scamander and his allies embark on a mission that takes them into the heart of Grindelwald’s army.

The sequel to 2018’s Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, and the third installment in the Fantastic Beasts series overall, Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore will pick up in the 1930s, and leads up to the Wizarding World’s involvement in World War II. Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore will explore the wider world of wizardry more than ever before, traveling to the magical communities in Bhutan, Germany, and China in addition to previously established locations including Brazil, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

Rowling and Steve Kloves, Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore stars Eddie Redmayne as Newt Scamander, Jude Law as Albus Dumbledore, Ezra Miller as Credence Barebone / Aurelius Dumbledore, Dan Fogler as Jacob Kowalski, Alison Sudol as Queenie Goldstein, Callum Turner as Theseus Scamander, Jessica Williams as Professor Eulalie “Lalie” Hicks, Katherine Waterston as Tina Goldstein, and Mads Mikkelsen as Gellert Grindelwald.
