While doing press, Bobby Farrelly revealed that they have plans to resurrect one of their earlier comedy hits, Dumb and Dumber. Here’s what Bobby Farrelly had to say about a potential sequel to the 1994 comedy. The directors also spoke more about their new comedy project, The Three Stooges. While a cast still hasn’t been locked in yet, Richard Jenkins will likely have a role in the movie, although it isn’t clear what role that will be....

Mark Wahlberg’s latest movie, Father Stu, is an R-rated, faith-based movie that tells the story of Father Stuart Long. The admittedly unconventional nature of the film made it one which was looked forward to by many viewers. As per Wahlberg, the idea for the film materialized from a dinner out with a group of priests where the pitch for a movie about the life of Father Stuart was put forth. Wahlberg started work on the project back in 2016, and the movie has now been released after six long years....

Sarah Bolger (The Tudors) has joined the Fox pilot Locke & Key, according to Deadline. Also, Nick D’Agosto and Enver Gjokaj are set to star in the USA pilot Eden. Fox’s drama pilot Locke & Key, from producers Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci, 20th TV and DreamWorks TV, is based on Joe Hill’s comic. Locke & Key tells the story of Nina Locke (Miranda Otto) and her three children, Tyler, Kinsey (Sarah Bolger), and Bode, who survive an unspeakable horror and attempt to rebuild their lives at Keyhouse, their family home in Lovecraft, Massachusetts....

We’ve got some new details on the upcoming Child’s Play TV Show, including the working title. Franchise creator Don Mancini has been working on the series ever since he completed the most recent movie, Cult of Chucky, and it recently found a home at SyFy. Now, producer Nick Antosca has revealed some of what we can expect. Nick Antosca, who created SyFy’s Channel Zero, is working alongside Don Mancini on the series....

While doing the TV junket for Penelope this weekend, I got a chance to sit down with Christina Ricci and talk to her about this heartwarming fairytale. On April 29th, iTunes will release the end credits overture from Cloverfield by Michael Giacchino. For the first time, the full length orchestral piece, entitled “ROAR!”, will be available exclusively from iTunes paralleling the release of the Cloverfield film for download. Giacchino’s “ROAR!” showcases an epic monster movie style, one that captivated audience members throughout the end credits. The film version of “ROAR!” totaled 9:45. The iTunes release finally makes available the full length, unedited piece that runs 12:15....

Cougar Town, the acclaimed sitcom starring Golden Globe nominee Courteney Cox, is moving to TBS. The top-rated network has ordered a fourth season of Cougar Town, to begin airing in early 2013. In addition, TBS has garnered the encore rights to Cougar Town’s first three seasons of 61 episodes that originally aired on ABC. “Cougar Town is a smart, whimsical sitcom that draws its humor from likable, relatable characters” said Michael Wright, president, head of programming for TBS, TNT and Turner Classic Movies (TCM)....

While Dwayne Johnson is already heading into the DCEU as Black Adam later this year, he will first be heard as the voice of Krypto the Dog in DC League of Super Pets. Starring as the dog of Superman, Johnson will lend his voice to the superpowered canine as part of an all-star cast including Kevin Hart, Natasha Lyonne, John Krasinski, Kate McKinnon and Keanu Reeves, among others. In a new interview, director Jared Stern revealed what led to Johnson being cast in the role for the newest animated effort from Warner Bros....

Despicable Me is a children’s animated movie franchise that came out with its first film in 2010. Since then, people of all ages have become fans of characters like Gru and all the Minions. In fact, the Minions are an entire entity in themselves (via New York Times). The little creatures speak complete gibberish, sometimes Spanish, and other languages jumbled up, but children, and even adults, eat it up....
