FOX has ordered an additional season of the late-night laugher Talkshow with Spike Feresten. The atypical Saturday-night talk show will return for a full order of episodes for the 2007-2008 season. “We’re happy to pick up a second season of Talkshow with Spike Feresten,” said Todd Yasui, senior vice president, late night programming, for FOX. Spike has shown himself to be a unique voice in the late-night comedy field, and his show presents a refreshing alternative to the format....

Filming on the upcoming Mad Max prequel, Furiosa, is now underway, and the first set images have now emerged. Released courtesy of Twitter user Cinema Solace, the images from production on the project, which finds director George Miller return to helm the prequel with The Northman star Anya Taylor-Joy playing the title character, offers our first glimpse at the return to Miller’s unique post-apocalyptic world. While the images give nothing away regarding the plot, they do provide a good look at several Mad Max-esque vehicles, including a modified car and a gang of dirt bike riders....

It seems that comedian Louis C.K.’s new series will be delayed a few more months, although it should be a beneficial delay. Variety is reporting that FX’s new sitcom Louie will debut in June instead of its planned April 1 launch. The move was made so the network could pair the new sitcom with the network’s hit series Rescue Me. While the network still hasn’t decided on exact premiere dates for both shows, it was said that they will have Rescue Me air at 10 PM with Louie following at 11 PM....

HBO has finally released a new trailer for Game of Thrones Season 7, which will premiere Sunday, July 16 at 9 PM ET on the pay cable network. The Good This is one of the most entertaining shows that I have ever seen. The Bad No commentary tracks or “making of” segments. Clint Walker stars as Cheyenne 8/98018/features.php" class=“dvd”>Cheyenne: The Complete First Season. From what I understand, this was the first TV show made by a Hollywood Film studio. While the overall throughline of the show pretty much remained consistent, this tale of a man in the Post Civil War United States, who traveled throughout the Wild West not looking for trouble (but not avoiding it) was a highly entertaining show to watch....

As new images from the Mad Max: Fury Road prequel Furiosa continue to surface online, fans have been given their first look at Chris Hemsworth’s mystery character. Furiosa goes back in time years before Fury Road to focus on Charlize Theron’s character Imperator Furiosa as she is stranded with a biker horde after being taken from the Green Place of Many Mothers. This time around, the character is played by Anya Taylor-Joy, with her co-stars including Hemsworth, who between rumors, the plot synopsis and today’s images appears to be playing one of the movie’s villains, the Warlord Dementus....

David Fincher has wrapped filming on his next project, The Killer. The news was confirmed by Dwayne Barr, a member of the film’s camera department, through a picture he shared on Instagram. Disney has just announced the lead stars of Prom Pact, the next original movie in development for Disney+. Deadline reports that DreamWorks has picked up a new pitch entitled Southpaw, which is being crafted as a starring vehicle for Eminem.
