Paramount+ wants another season of Evil. Per Deadline, the critically-acclaimed supernatural horror series has officially been renewed for season 4. The news comes as Evil is in the midst of its third season which premiered on the streaming platform in June. Renewing the series was a no-brainer for Paramount+ with a statement from the streamer confirming the news and touting the show’s high viewership and perfect score at Rotten Tomatoes for season 3....

Felicity Huffman has been sentenced to 14 days in prison. The actress was caught up in the FBI’s Operation Varsity Blues investigation earlier this year. In addition to the two weeks of prison time, Huffman has been slapped with a year of probation, 250 hours of community service, and $30,000 fine. The actress paid $15,000 in an effort to boost her daughter’s SAT scores. She was arrested in March of this year and charged with conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services fraud....

Netflix has released the first four images from Lemony Snicket’s a Series of Unfortunate Events Season 2, which were unveiled by none other than the show’s star, Count Olaf (Neil Patrick Harris). Two new comedies, Free Ride and The Loop, will soon join FOX’s spring schedule, which also features the return of hit drama Prison Break and new time periods for veteran comedies The Bernie Mac Show and Malcolm in the Middle. Heat Vision has announced that the makers of Se7en are reteaming for The Reincarnation of Peter Proud for Columbia Pictures. David Fincher will direct the Max Ehrlich novel adaptation, which will be written by Andrew Kevin Walker. Fincher will produce with Michael De Luca. Fincher and Walker respectively wrote and directed the 1995 thriller Se7en for New Line when De Luca was its president of production. Ehrlich wrote the adaptation of his own book....
