Earlier this week, The Walking Dead star Andrew Lincoln said in a new interview that there is a certain moment in the Season 7 finale that made him so happy he dropped his script and, “started punching the air” and doing “a little jig.” While we still have to wait several months to see what made the actor so happy, he also teased that these last eight episodes will be the “opposite” of the first half, where Rick obeyed Negan’s (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) command, just to avoid any sort of retribution from him and the Saviors....

Forest Whitaker is set to the take the lead in Tim Story’s upcoming biopic Patriots. According to Variety, the film will center on Louisiana’s John Ehret High basketball coach Al Collins. The story will follow Collins as he leads his Patriots to the state championships a year after Katrina ravaged his school and displaced a number of his students. The film is the first project the Weinstein Company will produce under their new deal with the WGA....

Prepare to be creeped out in October! In a story from DVD Times, Fox Home Entertainment will be bringing out the Fox Horror Classics Collection on October 9. The films in this collection are Hangover Square, The Lodger and The Undying Monster. Hangover Square (1945): Based on the novel by Patrick Hamilton, Hangover Square stars Laird Cregar as a composer who suffers from unexplainable blackouts. When he discovers the young attractive woman he has fallen for wants to steal his music, his blackouts may result in murder....

Chloe Dykstra, TV personality, actress, cosplayer, and the ex-girlfriend of Chris Hardwick (Talking Dead, Nerdist), penned a long and emotional letter addressing the long-term emotional and sexual abuse that she suffered while dating a man from 2012-2014. She does not name any names in her essay, but Dykstra is clearly talking about Hardwick, whom she dated during that period of time. Dykstra is now 29-years old and says that her boyfriend at the time was nearly 20 years older than her when they were dating, which also points to the Nerdist CEO....

After his big win at the Academy Awards this year, CODA star Troy Kotsur has just secured his next major role. Per The Hollywood Reporter, the actor has just been cast in the lead of an untitled sports drama series based on the true story of the 2021 Cubs Football team. Movie: Creepshow 3 looked like it should have been something. Afterall, how hard is it to tell 4 or 5 horror stories an infuse some comedy into them? Lets be honest, the first two films in the series weren’t the greatest things ever made but there was something about at them. They were gross in parts, the effects were well done, the stories were interesting on some level… the list goes on and on....

The Weinstein Company has released the first trailer for the teen drama Dirty Girl, which hits theaters nationwide on August 5. If you already didn’t like winding up in the hospital as most certainly don’t, a new horror film will wheel you right in on a blood-soaked gurney. According to an exclusive report from Collider, a new trailer and release date has dropped for the film titled Disquiet (2023), a supernatural horror starring Jonathan Rhys Meyers and directed by Michael Winnick. As the trailer shows, Disquiet centers around Meyers, who winds up in a hospital after a near-fatal car accident....

Dreamworks has a long, colorful history of animated films. Yesterday, the company unveiled their new way of celebrating it in a brand new animated logo. The logo can be viewed below. This new logo will make its silver screen debut with the studio’s next theatrical release, Puss in Boots: The Last Wish. The logo features the company’s mascot, an unnamed silhouette of a child on the moon, flying around a galaxy of the studio’s most well known franchises....

As the song says, DuckTales is set to rewrite history. An all-new take on the Disney classic is coming to Disney XD soon. But it won’t be a one season and done deal. The network has already renewed the animated series for Season 2. And in doing so, they have also released the full-length trailer, giving fans their first look at this refurbished staple of afternoon syndicated television. Disney XD released this latest look at DuckTales on their Youtube Channel, and right away, fans will notice a completely different style of animation is being used....

Actress Elizabeth Banks has landed the female lead in Asger Leth’s upcoming project Man on a Ledge, according to Deadline New York. Elizabeth Banks will portray an NYPD negotiator who tries to talk Sam Worthington’s character down from a suicide attempt. It is reported that she also had a previous romantic relationship with the suicidal detective, who was framed for a crime he didn’t commit. It’s revealed that the suicide attempt is actually a diversion for his brother (Jamie Bell) to pull off a heist across the street....
