As Community prepares to shoot is sixth and possibly final season on Yahoo! Screen, Yvette Nicole Brown, who has played Shirley Bennett since the first season in 2009, has parted ways with the show. The actress asked to be let out of her contract so she can take care of her ailing father, a request that Sony Pictures Television and executive producers Dan Harmon and Chris McKenna granted. Series creator Dan Harmon and the cast of Community took the stage at the TCA Winter Tour today, where it was announced that the long-awaited Season 6 will debut Tuesday, March 17 on Yahoo! Screen. Unlike the Netflix binge-watching model, Yahoo will debut new episodes every Tuesday after the March 17 premiere, which will include two episodes. Yahoo! Screen resurrected the series in June, ordering 13 new episodes, just a few months after it was canceled by NBC, and just hours before the cast members’ options expired....

A sequel to the 2005 DC outing, Constantine, is finally happening…but it has left Satan actor Peter Stormare feeling nervous. Speaking with ScreenRant, the actor explained why he has concerns about Constantine 2, with the actor feeling that they may have left it too long to return to the paranormal world watched over by Keanu Reeves’ John Constantine. Demi Lovato is reportedly in stable condition after suffering an apparent overdose. Members of the Los Angeles Police Department arrived at the Grammy nominee’s home where she was found unconscious. Responding officers treated her with Narcan, an emergency treatment used for narcotic overdoses, on the scene at her home located in the Hollywood Hills. Lovato was rushed to a nearby Los Angeles hospital with her condition now listed as stable, according to multiple reports....

Director Sam Raimi has teased the extent of the deleted scenes from Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness that have been left on the cutting room somewhere in Marvel Studios.
