HBO has confirmed the debut dates for HBO Films’ Game Change, the returning series Game of Thrones and the new series Girls and Veep. Game Change debuts Saturday, March 10 (9:00-11:00 p.m. ET/PT). Starring Julianne Moore, Woody Harrelson and Ed Harris, this HBO Films presentation follows John McCain’s (Harris) 2008 presidential campaign, from his selection of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin (Moore) as his running mate to their ultimate defeat in the general election....

Comedy Central has cast Chris Parnell and Horatio Sanz in the untitled sitcom starring Jon Heder from Gary Sanchez Productions and Debmar-Mercury, it was announced today by Gary Sanchez Productions, Comedy Central and Debmar-Mercury. Produced by Gary Sanchez Productions, the production company led by Will Ferrell, Adam McKay and Chris Henchy, and distributed by Debmar-Mercury, the untitled, multi-camera sitcom for Comedy Central stars Heder (Napoleon Dynamite, Blades of Glory) as a young man who won’t let anything get in the way of his big dreams, even if it means losing his job and having to move back in with his parents and sleep on their couch....

Beloved actor Danny DeVito has backed calls for him to reprise the role of the satyr Philoctetes aka Phil, the hero trainer, in Disney’s upcoming live-action remake of Hercules. Appearing on Wired, DeVito responded more than favorably to the idea of returning to once again transform Hercules from a zero into a hero when the live-action take on the Greek legend lands in theaters some time down the line. DeVito, who voiced Phil in the 1997 animated original, makes it quite clear that Disney has no other choice than to bring him back when the story leaps into live action....

A new Super Bowl TV Spot for the upcoming Marvel sequel Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, released alongside the earth-shattering trailer, reveals a host of new footage. Unveiled on YouTube by Disney Entertainment Studios, amongst this further glimpse at the multiversal shenanigans on display, the shorter ad gives us our best look yet at Doctor Strange variant, Defender Strange.
