Marvel Studios is being sued by Grammy-award winning recording artists The Foo Fighters over the music being used in television trailers for the upcoming animated Wolverine & the X-Men. According to Entertainment News International, the Foo Fighters claim that the music used in the trailer takes excerpts from their songs Best of You and Free Me. The lawsuit was filed at Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, February 20, 2008. The musicians are seeking unspecified damages, attorneys’ fees and an injunction preventing Marvel from using their music in the future....
