The CW currently has four shows in what they call they “Arrowverse” (because Arrow was the first DC Comics show they picked up). A couple of weeks ago, Stand Up To Cancer auctioned off an appearance in Spider-Man 4 just before the actual film was announced as going forward with both Sam Raimi and Tobey McGuire attached. Now, the same organization is auctioning off a role in Jon Favreau’s up coming sequel Iron Man 2. As with the Spider-Man 4 package, this new Iron Man 2 auction is being made possible through Ebay. It’s been almost two months since the theatrical release of the highly-awaited Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Directed by Sam Raimi and starring Benedict Cumberatch, Elizabeth Olsen, Xochitl Gomez, Benedict Wong, and Rachel McAdams, the MCU sequel received mixed reviews from audiences and critics. Despite the mixed reception, of course, the movie destroyed the box office, becoming the highest-grossing domestic film of 2022 (so far) and nearing $1 billion worldwide....
One thing about creating a multiverse is that it gives filmmakers a way of doing extreme things in an alternative reality without necessarily having to deal with the consequences later on down the line. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness could well use this plot device to devastating effect if a new rumor is to be believed that next Marvel movie is about to have “an impressive bodycount” and will also use its multiverse variants “to great effect....

Like its predecessor Halloween Kills, the slasher sequel Halloween Ends was given a day-and-date release by premiering in both theaters and on the streaming service Peacock.
