Fox has picked up two drama pilots: a serial killer project from Kevin Williamson and a legal drama from Greg Berlanti and Marc Guggenheim, both of which will be produced by Warner Bros. The untitled Kevin Williamson project is described as an edge-of-the-seat thriller about a diabolical serial killer who uses technology to create a cult of serial killers, and the FBI agent who finds himself in the middle of it....
Fox is looking for the truth with its next project. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the network has picked up Lie to Me, which will star Tim Roth, for 13 episodes. The series is based on the life of behavioral scientist Paul Ekman and will center on Roth’s Carl Lightman character, a deception expert who works with law enforcement agencies and other private organizations and citizens who need help in searching for the truth....

AE& is currently producing three potential crime series for air. According to Variety, the one most likely to hit first is Crime 360. This hour-long series will be the reality version of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. The show will use “CGI visualizations and state-of-the-art 3-D photography” to give audiences “a look at the evidence from a microscopic level” in investigations of actual crimes. Seventeen episodes are being produced at this time....

The upcoming Dune prequel series, Dune: The Sisterhood, has added Vikings and Warcraft star Travis Fimmel.
