Director Brandon Cronenberg talked about the violence and brutality level in his new movie, Infinity Pool, which received significant attention and mostly positive reviews at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival. AMC announced today that it has renewed Fear the Walking Dead for a fourth season, ahead of its upcoming season three premiere on June 4. In addition, Andrew Chambliss and Ian Goldberg (Once Upon a Time) are boarding Fear as co-showrunners, starting with season four. Additionally, Scott M. Gimple, executive producer and showrunner of The Walking Dead will become an executive producer of Fear the Walking Dead. Life imitates art when Warner Bros. Television’s Wednesday night comedy Suburgatory (Wednesdays 8:30/7:30c on ABC) goes where no other scripted series has gone before: from TV town to real-life town. The Studio has secured 400 acres of unclaimed land in upstate New York and will soon break ground to create a new town, inspired by the series’ fictional town of Chatswin. Suburgatory will film upcoming episodes of the series on location in the new town, as signature businesses such as A Crystal Cup of Crystals, Chatswin High School, Chatswin Country Club and The Gurt Locker become working establishments....

It’s all over! We can safely say Game of Thrones Season 6 ended spectacularly for fans and HBO. The finale, Winds of Winter, was the highest rated show in its history; notching 8.9 million viewers. Combined with On Demand services, the network expects 23.3 million viewers in total. Those are staggering numbers, especially when you factor in that Game of Thrones is the most pirated show on the internet. The backslapping ends on this last metric, Winds of Winter scored a perfect 10 on IMDB....
