Well the new family film Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore, which is a sequel to the 2001 hit film Cats and Dogs and opens on July 30th, explores that question by lifting the curtain on the secret war between our household pets. When director Dave Boyle was making his first film, Big Dreams in Little Tokyo, he knew that one of the actors in his directorial debut, Hiroshi Watanabe, would be perfect for the lead role of Jimmy in what would be his follow-up, White on Rice, which comes out on September 11 in limited release. This comic-strip-inspired indie comedy revolves around Jimmy, 40-year-old Japanese man who looks for a fresh start in America - despite his extreme cultural misguidance - also features a wonderful ensemble of supporting roles that includes James Kyson Lee, best known as Ando on the hit series Heroes, as Jimmy’s co-worker Tim and the lovely Lynn Chen as Ramona, the apple of both Jimmy and Tim’s eye....

You can bring a brand new remake of a horror classic home on DVD and Blu-ray this June. Friday the 13th will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on June 16. We have no cover art as of yet, but the barebones DVD will be priced at $28.98 SRP while the Blu-ray will be priced at $35.99 SRP. Also to be released on the same day is Friday the 13th: Killer Cut, which offers an extended, 122-minute cut of the film and other special features....

For the first time in 18 years, HBO is not leading the pack with Emmy nominations this year. Instead, that honor goes to Netflix, who has a total of 112 nominations compared to HBO’s 108. That being said, HBO’s Game of Thrones and Westworld are the shows with the most nominations with 22 and 21, respectively. NBC’s Saturday Night Live also nabbed 21 nominations as well. Hulu’s Handmaid’s Tale is next on the list with an impressive 20 nominations....

His latest release is the action-comedy, The Lost City, in which he co-starred alongside Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum. And now he is on his way to directing a film. Recently, while promoting The Lost City in an interview with Empire, Radcliffe revealed the idea of his film, which he plans to direct....

The Flash will be one of DC’s big movies this year, and according to James Gunn, it’s going to change everything. Everyone had been waiting for Gunn to make an announcement of where his new DC universe would be headed, and now that he finally has, we know that The Flash might just be the crux on which the DC universe changes. Deadpool’s introduction to the MCU is without doubt one of the most eagerly awaited projects coming from Marvel Studios in the next couple of years. The film is based on the 1975 musical of the same title, which similarly was adapted from a 1926 play.
