Game of Thrones Season 8 runtimes have reportedly been revealed by an HBO affiliate. Network chief Casey Bloys had previously spread rumors that the final 6 episodes could be as long as two hours last year, only to walk those comments back recently, noting that he has not seen any of the episodes reach that length. However, the final season of the worldwide phenomenon has been described as cinematic. Do the recently revealed runtimes coincide with these descriptions?...

Chris Hemsworth has become known as an action hero thanks to his role as Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but his real-life death-defying stunts Disney+ reality series Limitless had Marvel Studios worried the actor could be seriously injured and pulled the plug on the shore until he completed filming on Thor: Love and Thunder. Limitless has seen Chris Hemsworth throwing himself into action-packed stunts, including climbing to the top of a cable car using only a rope while suspended 100 feet in the air, swimming in Arctic waters, and several other experiments designed to test the boundaries of the human body....

While we are fast approaching the release of the fifth season on Netflix, it seems like there will be much more to come from the Cobra Kai world. Originally, the series debuted on YouTube where it premiered its first two seasons before making the switch to Netflix. Watchmen is set in an alternate 1985 America in which costumed superheroes are part of the fabric of everyday society, and the “Doomsday Clock” - which charts the USA’s tension with the Soviet Union - is permanently set at five minutes to midnight....

We recently reported that Warner Brothers was so happy with the finished cut of The Lost Boys 2: The Tribe that they decided to shoot some extra scenes for the film. We recently heard a rumor that those scenes were the deleted script pages that revolved around Corey Haim’s character Sam Emerson. James Bond portrayer Daniel Craig recently revealed some tidbits about his new, currently untitled Bond 22 film in an interview with Rotten Tomatoes. Here’s what the star had to say. Bond 22 is currently filming and is aiming for a November release. “It carries on from where the last one stopped,” Craig told RT, “We set up in the last one that there’s this organisation that is destabilising the world’s economy because they want to take it over, and that’s his job now, to go out and stop them....

Following up his Halloween trilogy with a trilogy of Exorcist movies could be seen as David Gordon Green sticking with a winning formula. Yet, even with the two franchises being rooted in the horror genre, and both being produced by Blumhouse, Green recently laid out what makes his upcoming Exorcist movies different from the work he has done on Halloween and its two sequels. Cohen’s animated series Futurama is still off the air, that doesn’t mean he’s giving up without a fight. The series, which Cohen co-created with The Simpsons creator Matt Groening, still lives on in DVD with Futurama: The Beast with a Billion Backs, the second of four straight-to-DVD releases that hits the shelves on June 24....

Open Road Films has acquired all U.S. rights to the romantic action comedy Outrun - starring, written and co-directed by comic talent Dax Shepard (NBC’s Parenthood) with an all-star ensemble cast including Kristen Bell, Bradley Cooper, Tom Arnold, Beau Bridges, Kristin Chenoweth, David Koechner, Michael Rosenbaum, Joy Bryant, and Ryan Hansen. David Palmer co-directed with Shepard. The announcement was made today by Tom Ortenberg, CEO of Open Road Films. Outrun is the story of Charlie Bronson (Shepard), a former getaway driver who busts out of the Witness Protection Program to drive his girlfriend (Kristen Bell) to Los Angeles so she can land her dream job....

Three years after the hit Disney animated film Big Hero 6 hit theaters, these iconic characters will return in the upcoming Disney XD animated TV series of the same name. Today we have the first teaser for this new show, which shows the return of Baymax, kind of. This video features Baymax’s face on a cookie, which gets eaten away to reveal the show’s logo. The network hasn’t announced when the show will premiere, but perhaps that announcement will come soon, now that this teaser has been released....

When last we heard about Marvel Studios and their planned adaptation of the cult comic book series Doctor Strange, Patrick Dempsey was lobbying to win the title role. Not much has come of that in the last ten months, and there has been little news about the project. But today, it has been noted that writers Thomas Dean Donnelly and Joshua Oppenheimer, who came aboard Doctor Strange way back in August of 2010, have finally completed their script....

In DAHMER - Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story, co-created by Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan, Evan Peters portrays the titular cannibal. While the series has garnered criticism for different reasons, Peters has drawn a lot of praise from critics commending his performance as Dahmer....
