It’s a small, independent film but has a strong heartwarming message about family and family history....

Luke Wilson is best known for his comedic work in films like Old School, The Royal Tenenbaums and Idiocracy but the actor takes on a more dramatic role in the new film Middle Men, opening in theaters across the country on August 6th. The film is based on the true story of a straight-and-narrow businessman who builds the first online billing company dealing exclusively with adult entertainment. The film also stars Giovanni Ribisi (Avatar) and Gabriel Macht (The Spirit), as well as acting veterans Kevin Pollak (The Usual Suspects), Kelsey Grammer (X-Men: The Last Stand), Christopher McDonald (Happy Gilmore) and James Caan (The Godfather)....

Falcon and Winter Soldier is officially moving forward as a TV show for Disney+. The news was confirmed today during Disney’s big shareholder meeting. The company also unveiled the first logo for the upcoming comic book adventure. This is pretty big news since the show has been rumored for so long. Disney boss Bob Iger previously revealed the Loki series starring Tom Hiddleston is currently in development too. The Falcon and Winter Soldier TV series was announced last year as Disney started to ramp up its streaming plans for original content....

Fight Club author Chuck Palahniuk has praised China for the new ending it created for the movie after it was censored for its streaming release in the country. The question is, will they take it with the sarcastic tone that his comments were clearly intended to have? Originally released in 1999, Fight Club was not enjoyed by all critics but built a huge cult following. The film is a satire of several subjects, including the disruption of corporate America, and ends with the demolition of part of a city where many records of debt are held, which resets society for the future....

Namor the Sub-Mariner is making his way into the Marvel Cinematic Universe with the upcoming film Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Tenoch Huerta will portray the villain, which most fans were happy to see. However, one former Marvel Comics artist wasn’t so impressed with the live-action depiction of the character. Mike Deodato Jr. recently reacted to screenshots from the latest trailer of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, voicing his disapproval of Huerta’s embodiment of the character....

Fox reveals a wealth of millionaires participating in Secret Millionaire, the inspirational new unscripted series premiering Wednesday, Dec. 3 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on Fox. The millionaires include an internet mogul worth $300 million, a husband-and-wife team who own a multi-million dollar magazine-publishing business, a successful Southern California lawyer, an owner of a restaurant empire, a Baltimore socialite and former NFL cheerleader as well as a software inventor worth $50 million....

According to Variety, Fox is going to develop a pitch from Jonah Hill (Superbad) that will be produced by Peter Chernin. Fox will also put together a script based on Peter Bagge’s graphic novel series The Bradleys. Hill is going to provide the voiceover on his show. He will also write it with Andrew Mogel and Jarrad Paul (Yes Man). The show will follow “a 7-year-old socialite who acts and talks like an adult....

Game of Thrones fans have been waiting forever for Season 8 to premiere and have been speculating about super-sized episodes. HBO has released the official runtimes for the first two episodes of the season airing on April 14th and April 21st, but they’re not very long at all. HBO affiliate OCS (a French TV network) promised that the final season is “XXL” and HBO CEO Richard Plepler declared that Season 8 is like watching “six movies,” which is where the speculation of longer episodes started....

Chris Rock opted not to file charges against Will Smith over the infamous slap that occurred at the Oscars in March, but one member of the Rock family has his sights set on delivering justice in another way. Per TMZ, Rock’s younger brother, actor and entrepreneur Kenny Rock, has just signed a deal for a fight this summer in Florida with Celebrity Boxing founder Damon Feldman. An opponent hasn’t been set for the younger Rock at this time....

The cast of Gen V, an upcoming companion series to The Boys that’s in the works at Prime Video, has added a big name to its cast. Per One Take News, veteran actor Clancy Brown has just joined the series, though details about his role have not yet been revealed. The report notes that Brown will appear in at least one episode, though possibly more. Neither Brown nor Prime Video have yet commented publicly on the news....
