There hasn’t been much news on the 20th Century Fox sci-fi remake Fantastic Voyage since director Shawn Levy signed onto the project back in February. The director reportedly wants an A-list star for the remake, and is meeting with Will Smith in the next few weeks to see if he will star in Fantastic Voyage. However, since the development has been moving rather slowly on Fantastic Voyage, it is believed that Shawn Levy will likely leave the project if Will Smith or another bankable actor doesn’t sign on soon....

Peace Arch Entertainment Group Inc. announced the completion of principal photography on the Paul Soter-directed romantic comedy Watching The Detectives, starring Cillian Murphy and Lucy Liu. Shot in New York City in partnership with New York-based Plum Pictures, Peace Arch Entertainment co-financed the film and is serving as worldwide distributor. Fox will delve into a second season of the hit action/adventure series Sleepy Hollow, it was announced today by Kevin Reilly, Chairman of Entertainment, Fox Broadcasting Company, who released the following statement. The series premiere of Sleepy Hollow earned a 5.0/13 rating among Adults 18-49 and drew 13.6 million viewers after three additional days of time-shifted viewing, making it Fox’s most successful fall drama premiere since the debut of 24 in November 2001....

We have some sad news to pass along for animal lovers and Fuller House fans alike, as the Fuller family dog Cosmo has passed away. According to a tweet from the Fuller House Twitter account, Cosmo died unexpectedly after having complications from a recent surgery. “There will never be another quite like our boy. We’ll miss him forever,” the tweet reads, accompanied by some photos of Cosmo’s most memorable moments on the series....

Playing the fan favorite X-Men superhero Gambit would have been a dream role for Channing Tatum, but it just wasn’t meant to be. At one point, Channing was on board to play Gambit in a standalone Marvel movie that was in development at 20th Century Fox in 2016. Tatum also planned on co-directing the film with longtime producing partner Reid Carolin, with whom he’s since shared directing duties with on the upcoming MGM movie Dog....

DC Direct has unveiled a line of new bust statues from Terminator Salvation.
