Actor Dennis Christopher is the latest to join Django Unchained for writer-director Quentin Tarantino. Dennis Christopher will play Leo Moguy, the lawyer for Leonardo DiCaprio’s Calvin Candie. Jamie Foxx stars as the title character, an ex-slave who hires a German bounty hunter (Christoph Waltz) to track down his kidnapped wife. Samuel L. Jackson and Gerald McRaney also star. Quentin Tarantino is directing Django Unchained from his own original screenplay. The filmmaker has made a habit out of resurrecting acting careers, and it seems Dennis Christopher is his latest beneficiary....

The Good A very interesting show that allows itself to mirror society and still entertain. The Bad This show is steeped in so much lore, it’s a little confusing for us newcomers. Doctor Who: The Complete Second Series is a 14 episode show about a time traveling Doctor (David Tennant) and the adventures he finds himself in. Whether Earth is being invaded on Christmas (“Christmas Invasion”), or there is a plot to kill Madame de Pompadour (“The Girl in the Fireplace”), or The Doctor is battling Satan (“The Satan Pit”), this show continues to work because it takes itself and the subject matter it is putting across seriously....

Fox has renewed Animation Domination favorites Family Guy for a tenth season and The Cleveland Show for a fourth season, it was announced today by Kevin Reilly, President of Entertainment, Fox Broadcasting Company. “For nine seasons, our viewers have been cracked up, delighted, surprised and, at times, gloriously disturbed by the mind of Seth MacFarlane - and they keep coming back for more,” said Reilly. “The Griffins and the Browns have become cornerstones of our Sunday nights, and we can’t wait to find out what new adventures Seth, Mike (Henry) and Rich (Appel) cook up for them next season....

Comedians Keegan Michael Key and Jordan Peele have joined the cast of the highly-anticipated Fargo, which will debut April 15 on FX. The comedy duo will guest star in an arc that will span the final four episodes of the 10-episode limited series. Key and Peele, stars of Comedy Central’s hit sketch comedy show Key & Peele, will play FBI partners Webb Pepper (Peele) and Bill Budge (Key), who, after a violent run-in with Lorne Malvo (Billy Bob Thornton), become obsessed with finding him again....

When FX announced that Fargo was renewed for Season 2, the network also revealed that the 10-episode season will feature a whole new cast. However, one of the characters from Season 1, Keith Carradine’s Lou Solverson, the retired cop and father of Molly Solverson (Allison Tolman), will be the focal point of the new storyline, which is set in the year 1979 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Season 2 follows a 33-year-old Lou Solverson, who comes back from the Vietnam War and finds a whole new type of violence in Sioux Falls....

This is a special date, since September 22, 2017 is the 30th anniversary of the original Full House airing, with Full House episode one having aired September 22, 1987. Season 3 of Fuller House on Netflix is broken into two parts. First 9 episodes will launch on Friday, September 22. The second 9 episodes will air sometime in December, although an official date for the back half of the season hasn’t been given....

Gail Berman, one of the most powerful women in Hollywood, resigned on Wednesday as president of Paramount Pictures after less than two years on the job as the film studio made way for an executive overhaul. A statement issued by the Viacom Inc.-owned film company said a “reorganization of the studio’s production structure will be announced shortly,” but no specific reason for Berman’s departure was given. Berman, 49, has been the focus of scrutiny almost from the moment she assumed the Paramount job in May 2005....

The HBO hit series Game of Thrones has added two new cast members for Season Two, with Carice van Houten and Stephen Dillane signing on. Both Carice van Houten and Stephen Dillane will play pivotal roles in Season Two. Stephen Dillane will play Stannis Baratheon, brother of the late King Robert, who is vying for the throne. Carice van Houten will play Melisandre, a seductive woman with prophetic powers which she uses to sway people towards her religion....

Fans of the Cyberpunk genre have plenty of reasons to get excited, with Cyberpunk: Edgerunners releasing a brand new NSFW trailer ahead of its release on Netflix.
