Despite the release of several trailers and other promos, much of the mystery behind the upcoming Marvel sequel Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness remains intact. It does appear, though, that the movie will follow in the footsteps of Spider-Man: No Way Home and feature all manner of cameos, with Disney+ seemingly confirming that animated What If…? character Captain Carter will leap into live-action. Shared by Disney+ IT, a translation of this recent tweet reads, “It seems that shield has recently reappeared somewhere … doesn’t that sound like ‘Madness’ to you #CaptainCarter and all the episodes of #WhatIf are waiting for you on #DisneyPlus!...

The Scarlet Witch battles the Marvel superhero think-tank The Illuminati in a newly released clip from Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Following the release of the first official images of The Illuminati, which includes Hayley Atwell as Peggy Carter AKA Captain Carter, Lashana Lynch as Maria Rambeau AKA Captain Marvel, and Anson Mount as Blackagar Boltagon AKA Black Bolt, the footage comes courtesy of Marvel Entertainment and sees the superhero group come face-to-face with a rampaging Wanda Maximoff....

The world of Marvel is an intricate and constantly evolving beast, and for that reason it is not surprising that new reports have revealed that the upcoming Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness has set cameras rolling again with both additional material and reshoots being filmed in Los Angeles. The Hollywood Reporter disclosed that there will be at least a further six weeks of shooting done, with six days a week being worked....

Whovians may need to shell out for a new streaming service, as Doctor Who is heading to HBO Max. The WarnerMedia streaming service, which was announced recently, is set to launch in early 2020 and they are currently trying to build a library of appealing content that can attract subscribers. That now includes all eleven seasons of the current run of the legendary British sci-fi series. According to a new report, WarnerMedia has cut a deal that has given them the exclusive streaming rights to Doctor Who....

Emily VanCamp (Everwood) will join the cast of the hit drama series Brothers & Sisters as a series regular later this season in her second time teaming with executive producer Greg Berlanti. VanCamp will play Rebecca Harper, the daughter of William Walker (Tom Skerritt) and mistress Holly Harper (Patricia Wettig), whose existence has been kept secret for twenty years. The series airs Sundays (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network....

The first Enchanted film, starring Amy Adams, came to screens more than a decade ago in 2007. The narrative followed Adams, who in her role as princess Giselle, lands in a manhole in New York and goes on to fall in love with Robert Philip, a lawyer played by Patrick Dempsey. An idyllic stretch of road turns into a dumping ground for a dead body in the latest trailer for FX’s upcoming limited series Fargo, which comes just days after the first trailer featuring stars Billy Bob Thornton and Martin Freeman. The 10-episode series is based on a true crime story, centering on Lester Nygaard (Martin Freeman), an insurance salesman whose quiet life is turned upside down when he meets the manipulative Lorne Malvo (Billy Bob Thornton)....

Images taken from the set of House of the Dragon, the upcoming Game of Thrones prequel series in the works at HBO, have revealed our first look at Matt Smith and Emma D’Arcy. Shortly after CBS’ Supergirl transitioned to The CW for its second season, rumors started spreading about a crossover with this program and the CW’s superhero lineup, Arrow, The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow. While that program has since been confirmed, it was also revealed that there will also be a musical crossover between The Flash and Supergirl. Both of those show’s stars, Grant Gustin and Meissa Benoist are accomplished singers who have both appeared on Glee before their superhero shows, and today we have more details about both crossovers....

It’s hard to imagine Game of Thrones with different actors. After so many seasons of bloodshed, drama, and adventure, we’ve become attached to the stars we know and love. To cast the legendary Peter Dinklage as anyone other than Tyrion? Unheard of! Likewise, Sean Bean was the perfect choice for Eddard Stark, and Maisie Williams was born to step into Arya’s boots. It seems that Francis Lawrence’s new film project has traded an Oscar winner for an Oscar-nominated Jew Hunter. Deadline Hollywood Daily is reporting that Inglourious Basterds star Christoph Waltz has replaced Sean Penn in Water for Elephants. It was said that Penn seemed to be a lock for the role, but when a deal couldn’t be made, Waltz stepped in and will be playing a villainous circus animal trainer in this Depression-era love-triangle story that also stars Robert Pattinson and Reese Witherspoon....

X-Men: First Class director Matthew Vaughn is hoping to stay in the superhero realm for his next project titled The Golden Age, which he is currently shopping around to various studios. A major Hollywood studio is reportedly interested in the project at this time, though no deals have been made yet. While the title also refers to the early comic books of the 1930s, The Golden Age will revolve around a retirement facility for superheroes past their prime....

Suddenly, I’m 3 days behind on Monday shows and now I’ve got Smith and a few other things to catch-up on. Now, the Fox lineup has been solid. I’m thoroughly enjoying sleep deprivation as I run through House, Prison Break, Bones, Vanished and Standoff....
